The working principle of
When the air source from the inlet air port, the stem drives the disc downward and the valve closes. When the air source from the bottom air inlet into the words, the stem drive valve plate upward movement, the valve open. A spring is loaded between the disc and the seat. The spring spring force always makes the disc press against the seat to ensure the tightness of the valve, and allows the disc to move vertically up and down, which helps to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the valve parts, and can overcome the influence of any backpressure change on the seal and prevent the particle media from entering between the two sealing surfaces.
In the process of opening and closing, the valve plate can produce rotation, making the sealing surface between the grinding, polishing effect, and due to the valve body eccentric to the channel, when opening discharge material, there will be vortex, formed material vortex will clean the valve cavity.
